Designing a multi-functional app for Landmark Group

I was brought on to help design MaxBuddy & Lifestyle product interface and develop a design system that would be adaptable, expandable and flexible as the platform grows and evolves.

Differentiating in a dense, competitive landscape

A user centric app, Inventory management web-app portal, and Push-to-POS. These elements served as jumping off points for the development of the design system.

Landmark Buddy - The brief

Design a product through which a customer will be able to explore in-storepromotions and will be able to purchase 3 or lesser number of products withminimal to none store personnel intervention.

Customer Journey

Mapping customer stages to product features.
Defining of customer journey and its various stages for a new and a returning customer. This exercise led us to the features that need to be given to the users and at which part of their journey.

Considering above UX screen flow; design system and UI design screens have been created following the agile process alongwith iterations wherever needed.
